Where we ship

Greenbelt Coffee Roasting ships only to Iowa addresses.

Carrier

All orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Roast + ship schedule

We roast on Mondays and Thursdays and ship the next day:

  • Monday roast → ships Tuesday

  • Thursday roast → ships Friday

Order processing

Orders are packed for shipment on our next scheduled ship day (Tuesday or Friday).
If you place an order after we’ve already packed for that ship day, it will ship on the next scheduled ship day.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information from United States Postal Service (USPS).

Delivery timing

Delivery timing depends on United States Postal Service (USPS) transit and scanning. We cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package is accepted by the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can reship it after the package returns to us. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping issues, damage, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or you receive the wrong product, contact us at brad@greenbeltcoffeeroasting.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the shipping box and label

  • photos of the product (and damage if applicable)

Returns

Roasted coffee is a perishable food product. We do not accept returns.
If there’s a verified issue like damage in transit or a wrong item, we’ll make it right under the section above. For further details see the Refund Policy
